And AT&T merger was any different?

Its not good for US meaning us (T-Mobile). Why didnt T- Mobile try to buy the spectrum? The AT&T-Mobile company would only have made ONE company better. Thats no different than Verizon trying to make itself better prepared for the future. Besides, the AWS spectrum Verizon has been sitting on is mainly on the East Coast. The new spectrum will allow them nationwide AWS covarage. That way they can acctually use it the same way in every market.
Once Verizon is denied they can sell that AWS spectrum.

No

Clearly, Verizon is attempting to strangle T Mobile by hoarding the spectrum which T Mobile desperately needs. Just say no to Verizon F C C. This is just as ridiculous as A T and T's failed bid to buy T Mobile and it should also fail.
T-Mobile has spectrum it's not using. Verizon hasn't used it YET because there is no point in building it out for half the country and not the other half. T-Mobile just doesn't have the money to build it out if they even had it.
