HTC One S: Please Help! what is this quick launch thing?

ATT

Att should get this phone too. I wonder if it will work on att network.
it will, both at&t and T-Mobile have GSM networks.
The One S is exclusive to the T-Mobile in the US, while the One X is exclusive to AT&T.
