what' with this BS??

why is chrome and the new voice only works on android 4.0?
other apps have no problems installing on any version of android!

Google added some features to the 4.0 API that allowed them some of the features on the new apps.

AFAIK, it was only 4.0 that can support all the new features of Voice/Chrome.
