updated Sprint today announced that it plans to be the first carrier in the U.S. to offer the new Treo 650 PDA phone from PalmOne. Sprint will release the device next month in all channels, for a suggested retail price of $599.99, and less than $500 with certain service plans. A version without a camera will also be made available through Sprint's business channels later this year. The Treo 650 has Bluetooth, 23 MB of user-available memory, and is powered by the Palm OS 5.4 and an Intel® PXA270 312 MHz processor.

Verizon--when?
1. Any idea when Verizon will have this new Treo 650 available, and
2. If not, is the Sprint phone able to be used on the Verizon network? 😳
So switch to sprint (and more...)
Maybe if you are so sick of Sprint being first to release all the "new" phones you should consider switching to them. Their plans are much better as well, less money. Ans since I work in a hospital I get a 25% discount on my total bill.
Does anyone know of more specific plans of pricing and a timeline when they will be sold?
As usual...
