Elevate Signs MVNO Agreement with Sprint
Elevate today announced that it has signed an agreement to sell mobile voice and data services under its own brand using Sprint's network. The company will offer both post-paid and pre-paid services and will sell devices such as Android smartphones. The company, which operates in 22 markets around the country, offers home internet and home automation products. Moving forward, it will also sell Sprint-powered wireless services to its existing customer base separately and in bundles.

Boost Mobile today announced the Alcatel OneTouch Conquest and Elevate, two low-cost Android handsets. Shared features between the two handsets include support for LTE, 5-megapixel rear cameras, 2-megapixel front cameras, and the Google Now launcher.
Comcast Details Mobile Phone Service as Xfinity Mobile
Comcast today revealed details of its forthcoming Xfinity Mobile phone service. The company will use Verizon's 4G LTE network for the service, using an existing MVNO agreement.
RadioShack Declares Bankruptcy, to Sell Stores to Sprint
RadioShack today filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and signed an agreement to sell approximately 1,750 of its stores to Sprint. Under the terms of RadioShack's Chapter 11 filing, RadioShack will sell the stores to Sprint and General Wireless, a subsidiary of one of RadioShack's major investors.
Sprint to Use ItsOn Platform to Offer Custom Plans
Sprint recently agreed to license ItsOn's Smart Services Platform, which lets network operators offer a wider array of customized service plans. ItsOn has run its own MVNO on Sprint's network under the name Zact since last year.
