Apple Seeds iOS 5.1 Beta 3 to Developers

Apple has released a third beta of iOS 5.1 to iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch developers. The new version of iOS doesn't include any new major features, but adds an API to allow for finer control over file back-ups.
