ITC Delays Apple v. HTC Decision

THe U.S. International Trade Commission today pushed off its decision regarding the patent lawsuit between Apple and HTC. The decision — already delayed by more than a week — was expected today. It has been rescheduled for Monday, December 19. Depending on what the ITC decides, HTC may be banned from importing some of its smartphones into the U.S.

A US Federal Judge has ruled that Apple must allow app developers to "steer" customers away from Apple's App Store payment service, which collects a fee of up to 30%. The ruling was part of Fortnite maker Epic Games' lawsuit against Apple for anti-competitive behavior.

In order to do that they would need to pay you a decent wage and provide some semblance of dignity,as well as a future to their employees. Something US corporations for the most part are simply no longer willing to do. They need you as a consumer,and ...
