Google voice is indispensable.

Google Voice Question

I use my google voice as my 2nd number. Comes in handy. With the 90 days expiring on the number, I paid the $20 to make the number permanent. The number is only for inbound calls. In 2013, do I have to start paying for people to be able to call this number? I can't really find much info on this. Seems to be how Google works with customer service. Must answers seem to only be in there forums.

my prepaid cell stopped working the other day, google voice is freakin great. My built-in laptop mic works from just about anywhere in the room as long as I have it turned up, reception is crystal clear.
