Verizon Wireless today announced the availability of the popular Treo™ 600 PDA phone from PalmOne. Verizon is bundling the device with Wireless Sync software from Intellisync, which provides always-on push email for the Treo. Wireless Sync integrates with Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes on a desktop PC, keeping e-mail, calendar, contact list, and tasks in sync between the PC and the Treo at all times. Future versions of Wireless Sync will include workgroup and server solutions. Verizon is offering the Treo 600 for $449 with a two-year contract.

um..No mail app?

Leave it to verizon to strip out the mail app. (the one reason I bought the phone) so they can force you into the crappy push mail. just give me pop mail. thank you for spoiling my $500 purchase!
I've been checking out this phone to upgrade from my Kyo 7135, I'm curious on what is so bad about this push mail, and also is there software blocks put in that you couldn't just go to palm.com and download a e-mail app?
