Adobe Releases Flash Player 11, AIR 3
Adobe today announced the pending availability of Flash Player 11 and AIR 3. Flash Player 11 and AIR 3 include hardware-accelerated 2D/3D graphics, native AIR extensions, captive runtime, and support for HD content. The Mac OS and Windows OS versions will be available starting at 9PM Pacific time today. Adobe plans to release a production version of Flash Player 11 and AIR 3 with support for mobile platforms, including Android, Apple iOS, and BlackBerry Tablet OS, in the near future.

Navteq Re-Org to Focus On Social-Location Service
According to an internal memo supplied to Phone Scoop, Nokia and Navteq are undertaking a massive reorganizational approach to their mapping and social networking services. The three foundational elements behind this change are being made to support the following: new social-location applications, services, and developer experiences that engage a large user-base to build a winning brand and ecosystem together with Microsoft; high-value location content enabling differentiated experiences; and high-value advertising network monetizing the ecosystem by providing local commerce services for brands and merchants.
Microsoft and Nokia Finalize Agreement
Microsoft and Nokia today announced that they've agreed to the broad terms and finer details concerning Nokia's use of Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 platform in its future smartphones. The companies said they already have a product roadmap looking ahead several years, and they are hoping to ship their first WP7 device by the end of the year.
HTC Surround Now Receiving NoDo Update
Microsoft recently revealed that it has finalized the February and March NoDo updates for the HTC Surround, which is available from AT&T. Both updates can be installed by HTC Surround users.
