Samsung Asks ITC to Block Apple Products

Samsung has filed paperwork with the U.S. International Trade Commission requesting that Apple be blocked from importing its iOS devices -- including the iPhone -- into the U.S. Samsung and Apple are in the middle of a heated patent war regarding mobile devices, and this is a typical move made by the litigants. Apple has yet to file similar paperwork with the ITC.
