Yahoo Releases App to Help Find Apps
Yahoo today made a new application available to the Android and iOS platforms that lets each sift through their respective app stores for applications. Yahoo claims that AppSot takes the "guesswork" out of searching for applications. Some of the features it offers include daily personal picks customized to each user; more finely-tuned search results based on keywords; related app recommendations; fast access to app info (price, rating); and links that lead directly to the App Store and Android Market for each app. AppSot itself is available for download in both the App Store and Android Market. The app is free to use.
