Virgin Group yesterday announced a deal with Canadian carrier Bell Mobility to bring Virgin Mobile to Canada via an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) relationship. The companies will form a new joint venture - Virgin Mobile Canada - that will use Bell Mobility's CDMA network to launch the Virgin Mobile brand nationwide later this year. Virgin Mobile already operates with similar arrangements in the U.S., U.K., and Australia.
