AT&T announced today that its Wi-Fi hotspot network will be available in 20 parks across New York City this summer, spanning all five boroughs. Wi-Fi will be free for both AT&T customers and non-AT&T customers. AT&T implied that it's offering free Wi-Fi just to do something good for New Yorkers.
