A small company called PushLife recently announced that it has been acquired by Google. PushLife develops tools that let people more easily find, purchase, manage and share digital content across multiple devices. PushLife also wants to make mobile applications look and work better. It will be added to Google's engineering efforts in Canada and noted that it will shut down its current services as it works to "make better mobile applications for all users." The deal was valued at $25 million.
