did they really just compete based on size, of all things?

This is going to be a pretty amazing tablet, and the "micro phone" is a pretty cool little device but why in the world would they so blatently try to be an iPad 2 knock-off?

Until these copycat companies start creating something new, and I'm not talking about "hey we have a tablet too, and it does a couple of things differently" they will always fall under the shadow of Apple.

I'm not trying to be an Apple fanboy or anything, just looking at this stuff through the lense of an average consumer who, no doubt, is going to immediatly ask "is that an iPad?"
