Nvidia and Sony Computer Entertainment recently indicated that it plans to offer its PlayStation Suite gaming service to Android smartphones based on Nvidia's Tegra platform. Sony has already begun a PlayStation Certified license program for hardware manufacturers, which will let them access the tools they need in order to include PS Suite on their devices. Nvidia and Sony said that original PlayStation games will reach Tegra-based Android handsets before the end of 2011, and it will also work to bring more advanced PlayStation games to Tegra devices over time. Sony announced the PlayStation Suite earlier this year.

What happens this time when GeoHot hacks it?

Sony won't be able to sue him since legislation passed a couple of years ago gives anyone the right to hack their personal cellular devices.

EFF!

This is going to totally suck if my Shift can't play these games. The original PS Suite announcement stated that phones using Gingerbread would be able to run the games. Now they changed it up... jerks.
