T-Mobile today announced a Valentine's Day sales promotion whereby every phone will be available for free (including its 4G smartphones) with a two-year contract. T-Mobile said no rain-checks, and rebates may apply.

Is this only for new lines or upgrades too?

If it's for upgrades, maaaaaan I'll sign a 6-year contract to get a free smartphone with T-Mobile! Laughing
i believe its upgrades too if you qualify for same as new (22 months since last upgrade)

This is in-store ONLY, and does apply to ALL phones.
well online or over the phone they are offering some newer phones for free but not all for free

i went to kfc yesterday on super bowl sunday. lots of customers are mad at the clerk cus they waiting too long to get their chickens! haha
cus kfc always run out of chicken.
It will be worse for the reps on the phones in telesales, they wont be able to offer these deals, even though the phones will be jammed up cuz of it
