Apple today made iOS 4.0.2 available to the iPhone and iPod Touch. iOS 4.0.2 specifically fixes the browser and PDF-related bug that allowed the iPhone to be more easily hacked and controlled. No other new features were noted by Apple. It is recommended for the iPhone 3G, 3GS, iPhone 4, and iPod Touch 2nd and 3rd generations. Apple has already distributed several beta versions of iOS 4.1 to developers. This is not iOS 4.1. Apple also made iOS 3.2.2 available to the iPad to fix a similar problem.

Apple Wisemen...

Do any of you guys know if like say I got a jailbroken iPod Touch with ios4 and I do this update will I lose jailbreak because it's to patch the hack. Someone wanna make sense of this and would it affect my device?
I think you'd lock it up. Back up your current stuff and try it. You can always restore.

Don't update if you've Jailbroken. Wait for a response from the Dev Team.
