Nextel To Offer Indoor Cellular / Wi-Fi Combo Solution

Nextel and RadioFrame Networks today launched an integrated cellular/WLAN system, the first solution to improve in-building cellular coverage, and also provide Wi-Fi wireless networking, over the same infrastructure. The solution is offered and supported by Nextel. RadioFrame Networks provides the system infrastructure, which is designed for easy installation by enabling multiple wireless interfaces running over a single, powered Category-5 wire to access points.
