Android 1.6?

Why is any new device still shipping with Android 1.6?
Extremely poor planning! 2.1 has been out for what, at least 3 months or so.

And if it's shipping with 1.6, can you trust Dell to upgrade it to 2.2?
I have a Dell Streak and here is my opinion of it. 1. Because it is much thinner than it looks in pictures it fits comfortably is all but the smallest pockets.

How big is too big?

5 inch display? I think thats pushing it. The phone has to be comfortable to use and transport. I just dont think that would be an easy phone to hold in your hand
this garbage weight 220 grams!
try holding a half-pound steak on your hand and see how comfortable is that! haha
