T-Mobile recently said that it plans to introduce its first HSPA+ capable handset at some point this summer. T-Mobile said the device in question will be a smartphone, and that more details will become available in the coming weeks. In the mean time, it has posted a blank teaser page where users can sign up for more information about the device.

Just in time for another rumor

The one that says T-Mo usa will get the iPhone 4 in Q3.

That would be interesting.

Maybe apple us realizing, more carriers is more better, and more money?

It would be a lot simply for someone on ATT to go to Tmo with their iphone 4, since it is GSM - Although 3G would not work (Edge, yes). But, totally impossible for someone on att to want a Verizon iphone, should it happen. since the networks are 100% incompatible.

Then again, a transfer from att > Tmo would mean a carrier unlock would be needed. A legal one. Ha!

;)
I wish there was a way it could pick up the 3G bands

Waiting

like some others for something like the EVO 4G or an Epic 4G from Sprint. I figure I'll wait till october, if nothing that amazing has shown up for GSM then I must go to Sprint for a wee bit cause that Samsung Epic 4G is calling my name.
The rumor mill thinks that it is an HTC product. It was shown to all T-Mo managers earlier this month at a weeklong meeting. It was literally shown for a single frame on a video, just as a teaser. It was HTC, it had a large screen, that's about all...

I'd get the Epic too if I weren't under contract! Hopefully Samsung can make a more durable keyboard than Motorola!

I hope not, I thought that thing was sweet back in NOVEMBER when they first showed it on phonescoop, but so many new devices have come out in that time. That phone is just average now.

Doubt it.
