Rebtel Offers Free International Calls Between Androids

Rebtel, an independent VoIP company, is now offering an app to Android users that connects international calls made on Android phones for free. The app runs in the background and intercepts international calls made through the standard Android dialer, instead routing them through Rebtel's own VoIP service. Calls made to non-Android devices will also be discounted. Rebtel's service works using local phone numbers, so a cellular Internet or Wi-Fi connection is not required.
