Samsung Messager Touch Available on U.S. Cellular

Samsung and U.S. Cellular launched the Samsung Messager Touch today, a touchscreen phone with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. The simple messaging phone uses Samsung's TouchWIZ interface on its 2.6-inch screen. The Samsung Messager Touch is available today from U.S. Cellular for $50.

Samsung today said its Gear Sport smartwatch and Icon X 2018 headphones will be available for pre-order starting October 13, with general retail availability to follow October 27. The Gear Sport, a fitness-focused smartwatch that runs Samsung's Tizen platform, costs $299.99.
