Microsoft's Kin 1 and 2 for Sale May 6 for $50 and $100
Verizon Wireless and Microsoft today provided some more information about the release of Microsoft's Kin 1 and 2 phones. Both phones will be available via Verizon's web site only starting May 6. Availability will follow in Verizon's retail stores starting May 13. The Kin 1 will cost $50 and the Kin 2 will cost $100, both after rebates with new contracts. Both phones require a $40 voice plan and $30 data plan.
Verizon to Sell BlackBerry Priv Starting Today
Verizon Wireless is now offering the BlackBerry Priv to customers. The device is available for purchase online beginning today, and will reach retail stores March 11.
Lumia 735 Appears In Verizon Retail Stores

Verizon Trims Store Employees
Verizon Wireless this week let go of an unspecified number of store-based employees around the country. Tim Dubnau, a union representative with the Communications Workers of America, placed the job cuts in the "hundreds or even thousands," but Verizon spokesperson Kin Ancin called that estimate "an exaggeration." According to Dubnau, Verizon combined the previously separate roles of inventory stocker and customer service specialist into one, which is how it trimmed store-based headcount.
Verizon to Raise Unlimited Data Plan By $20
Verizon Wireless intends to increase the price of its grandfathered unlimited mobile data plan by $20 per month to a total of $49.99. The change affects only 1% of Verizon customers, who've held onto these unlimited plans for some time.

If you want social networks - get one of the smart phones with one of the skins that integrates social networks.

Not sure about these, kinda the new sidekick
except the thing that made the sidekick such a good deal is the plan it works with and these dont give a better deal, fail Verizon charging the same price for this as a blackberry or droid why would i buy this
