Google Cancels Nexus One for Verizon

Google recently indicated via a blog post that the HTC Droid Incredible is taking the place of a Verizon-compatible version of the Nexus One. Google writes in its blog, "If you’ve been waiting for the Nexus One for Verizon Wireless’ network, head over [VerizonWireless.com] to pre-order the Droid Incredible by HTC." Vodafone, part owner of Verizon Wireless, will still sell the Nexus One in the U.K.
