Good Acquires CloudSync

Today Good Technology announced that it has acquired CloudSync for an undisclosed sum. CloudSync is a Denver-based company that provides mobile device provisioning and management tools for businesses. Good (formerly Visto) provides mobile email services to smartphones similar to Research In Motion's BlackBerry services. Good says the acquisition will help it offer a wider range of products and services to its customers.
