Nuance Offering Self-Diagnostic Tool on Samsung Phones
Today Nuance Communications announced that is is partnering with Samsung to pre-load Nuance's Mobile Care software on select Samsung handsets. Mobile Care will help end users automatically resolve common problems directly on their handset. Some of the issues it can help resolve include diagnosing and repairing configuration problems. Nuance Mobile Care also helps with customer account queries, upgrades and paying bills. The first few handsets to run Mobile Care include the Samsung Highlight, Gravity 2 and Comeback. Samsung's network operator partners, however, haven't specifically said that Mobile Care will be installed on its versions of these phone.
Samsung to Reward Samsung Pay Users
Samsung today announced the pending launch of Samsung Rewards, a loyalty program for its Samsung Pay mobile payment service. Moving forward, people who sign up for Samsung Rewards will be able to earn points with Samsung when they use Samsung Pay to pay for goods and services.

Verizon Delivers Security Patch to Galaxy S7, S7 Edge
Verizon Wireless has begun distributing a security update for its versions of the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. Both phones will receive the June security patch from Google, which resolves a number of vulnerabilities.
