Sprint's WiMax Network Launches in Philadelphia

Today Sprint Nextel announced that its WiMax wireless broadband network is now live in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Unlimited 4G/3G data plans cost $70 per month, though day passes are also available.

OK, ok When will they say they are the fastest?

ATT states(i think even sued) to have the fastest mobile network. So when can Sprint bring out the commercials to say this.
AT&T was sued for claiming the least amount of dropped calls. They switched to "More bars in more places".

Technically, AT&T does have the fastest "3G" network where applicable(which is not much). But they can get away with it because there is a pr...
