what about 7.2MB hspa upgrades??

i thought they said they will finished upgrading to 7.2MB hspa by end of 2009.
i dont see no 3g speed increase, same old speed!
I gave up on waiting for ATT to upgrade they're network to HSPA 7.2/HSPA+. We're 9wks away from 2010. So I got my internet service from Clear. Now my only problem isn't wireless internet speed, it's my laptops battery.
