Sprint today announced "Any Mobile, Anytime", a new service plan feature that allows unlimited calling to and from any mobile phone, regardless of carrier. Only calls to/from landlines, calls while roaming, and international calls are deducted from plan minutes. The feature is now included with all of the company's existing "Everything Data" plans, which start at $69.99, and also include unlimited data and messaging. Sprint customers already on these plans will receive the new feature at the start of the next billing cycle. Sprint customers on other plans can switch to a qualifying plan without renewing or extending their contract.

Doubt is gonna work

Even though this beats all MyFaves, F&F and A-List, I doubt this will attract any new customers.

With them outsourcing the maintenance of their network to Ericsson and going WiMax when the whole world is going LTE is just the beginning of their problems.
Actually most of the world is currently using WiMax for their 4G.

it works for me i dont call any landlines only cell phones haha to all you sprint haters plus we get our hero in oct ! 😎

So let me make sure i understand your post. Even though it beats every other carrier's offering you doubt it will attract ANY new customers...

You should probably think through your logic again

Someone sounds aggie with there service. And wish they could switch over to sprint now. My guess is you have an etf fee pending because any person in there right mind would move to a plan for 69.99 everything data 450 when 90% of there calls are to m...

Here's the thing to think about. It requires the Everything Data Plan, which is 69.99 for 450 minutes. If you don't require data, how good is the plan when you can get 900 minutes (without messaging) for 10 dollars less. Those 450 minutes probably ...

As far as LTE and Wimax. If you actually do the research its a lot easier to switch from wimax to LTE. The technologies are more similar than you may think. And there's been article before where Sprint has said that if ultimately LTE is the better s...

Worked for me.. i dumped verizon today for this great plan.
Wtf?! A lot of you people need to think before you type. We are in a reccession and if Sprint went out of business a lot of folks will not have a job. Stop wishing the worst on Sprint! 😡

Most of you guys on these forums are techies. Most cell phone users are not. The reason this will not make any difference is because most cell phone users are more interested in their friends than they are with all these fancy features and benefits. ...

LDETKFGOOB Plan...

Wow folks its the Last Ditch Effort To Keep From Going Out Of Business Plan...Hope it works.

Gotta try something when the other companies add subscribers and Sprint continues to lose them.
Sprint still has 49 million subscribers and they only leave because they think the grass is greener on the other side because people "like you" talk bad about Sprint when if you look @ the data they arguably have the best newtork - they def. have the ...

Bottom line...it's a great feature. If your carrier had it you would be braying how great it is to the wind. Since they don't all you can do is dwell on something immaterial to the discussion.
When other companies do this it's good marketing when Sprint does it's them trying to stay afloat. Anyone else smell troll? It's a good business move and we we move closer to what will eventually happen all companies will have basically the same pla...

Another Sprint Innovation.

Many people seem to think of innovation as being related to technological advances. This is not always the case. Innovation can also be implementing something completely new and applying it to a standard of common practice which now changes. While Sprint has always been in the forefront of technological innovation, this move proves they have also been instrumental in aggressively providing inexpensive price plans and services for the wireless industry. This does force other carriers to stay awake.

Many see Verizon and ATT as the two top carriers. Taking a look at the number of subscribers they service, this would be hard to disute in the equation of numbers. But to sit down and disassemble these numbers, The numbers are mostly products of...

Nice work 😉
This needs to be posted in facebooks, blogs, mobile sites, comments in mobile sites, etc. This is VERY well said. I stress propagating this message because all too often Sprint is bashed based on dated performance... they are true innovators and need ...

As if they didn't already make Verizon and ATT look like garbage...

Like I've always said, if you're not with Sprint, you must either be rich, or crazy.
Sprint is running circles around Verizon, att, and t-mobile. My favs has always been a joke to me and now all of they other carriers have it 🤣 . Sprint is sprinting ahead lets see if they can keep up.
So why did ATT and VZW add subscribers in the first 2 quarters and Sprint lose them?? This is a last ditch effort to save the company.

What I want to know....

is how they know what numbers are mobile? I know people that have ported old-time landline numbers that they have had over 30 years to their cell phones.

I also know of original cell numbers that were ported to landline numbers.

And what about numbers that port between after this launches?
This may sound made up but I heard it from a very reliable source and I'm sure if I or you did some research we could find the correct company name (I dont feel like researching lol), but there is a database that compiles that its a mobile device. Ac...

There is a tool which identifies the carrier be it landline or wireless. It is nothing difficult.
I don't work for Sprint any longer but one way of tracking it is point of origin and call destination. If you make a call to a cell phone, unless it goes to voicemail the call will always make its last connection to a wireless tower. Landlines will ...

You know...

...Sprint would rip you a new one if you used a few thousand of those unlimited minutes while roaming.

Since their adding more potential minutes to a very low cost plan, this means the roaming charges Sprint has to pay so you can have unlimited calls will outpace your calling plan even faster.
The plans you have to get (everything data) include roaming; just like all of the other available Sprint plans. Hence NO ROAMING charges... if you set your phone to automatic you may use roaming - but it WILL ONLY PULL from your bucketed minutes... i...

Nice Feature

This makes me laugh because I've had customers complain about their bill in the past. They would say, "...but I thought I had Unlimited Mobile to Mobile Calling!" Me: "That's only to other (insert carrier) customers." Hmmmm...not anymore apparently. Let's hope the other carriers get on board with this as a hook to talk customers off those grandfathered rate plans (as Verizon did with Friends and Family). Unlimited Talk for $69.99 Sprint come on! You can do it! Unlimited Calls and Messaging for $79.99! Go! Go! Go! Let the Price Wars continue!
Sprint's $69.99 plan already includes unlimited text and data, above the 450 anytime minutes to landlines, unlimited calls to wireless, and unlimited N&W starting at 7.

Unbeatable deal in my opinion.

Sprint dropping bombs

first the everything plan. now this!

if they fix the customer care problems they will be back to top form in no time
Sprint's already come a long way in the customer service department. For the most part they've bent over backwards to keep my business. I'm glad I didn't port out in July of last year when I was going to.
