Verizon Swaps Spectrum with NEATT in 9 Arkansas Counties

Verizon Wireless and NEATT Wireless have agreed to a spectrum swap in nine different counties in Arkansas. The spectrum is in the 1900MHz PCS range, and covers some 270,000 people. The transaction must be approved by the FCC.
