Clearwire Launches WiMax in Las Vegas, Samsung Offers the Mondi

Today Clearwire announced that its WiMAX services will go live in the Las Vegas metropolitan area on August 1. Access plans start at $20/month. Samsung said its WiMAX-enabled Mondi mobile internet device will also be available on August 1.
