Palm Says webOS SDK On the Way

Palm VP of Global Sales Dave Whalen said that third-party application developers who are interested in creating applications for Palm's webOS and the Palm Pre will have a chance to download the Mojo Palm Pre software development kit "very close to launch." Until now, the SDK had only been available to a limited number of Palm's partners. Mojo will let developers take advantage of Web technologies -- rather than standard development tools -- to create their applications.
