T-Mobile Intros 'Mobile Makeovers'

Today T-Mobile announced a new program meant to help save its customers some money on their wireless bills. Customers can visit a T-Mobile retail store or T-Mobile's web site, which will link them to BillShrink.com. BillShrink uses tools to estimate if and where customers can save money by combining accounts, altering plan selections and so on.

Missed the point

T-Mobile is turning into the Progressive Insurance of the wireless industry. They are introducing the mobile makeover to help anyone find the best coverage and value for them, even if it's with a different nationwide carrier.

they are using billshrink.com because it's a 3rd party website, which makes the results more believable.
Well, seems like a good idea, about a year ago, AT&T texted me to go into a store to review my plan and save some bux, it helped, shaved like $20 or so. Good for TMO, others should follow.
