HTC Updates Touch Pro, Confirms Touch Pro2 Headed to U.S.

HTC has issued a firmware update for Touch Pro that includes bug fixes, and improved performance of the TouchFlo 3D user interface and camera software. The update is available only to GSM variants of the Touch Pro and can be downloaded from HTC's web site. HTC also confirmed, via Twitter, that it will be bringing the Touch Pro2, announced during Mobile World Congress, to the U.S. It didn't specify which carriers will offer the Touch Pro 2 through, however.

That's what the Touch Pro2 is, a Touch HD with a REAL keyboard, instead of some stupid vertual keyboard. The Touch Pro2 has a 3.7in screen with 800x460 resolution, hence Touch HD & real keyboard.

Touch Pro2 is better than the Touch HD.

T-Mo version please.

Hey, HTC, we want a T-Mo version of a WIn Mo Device.
You had one it was called the Dash and it is more than capable of handling the subpar network and client base that Tblow can dish out. Nobody professional uses Tblow so whats the point of offering high-tech devices. Argue all you want but you know I...

That posts says the TP2 is coming out with 6.1?

out with 6.1 but with upgrade path to 6.5.
Umm... yeah. Of course it is. TP2 is coming out before 6.5 is available, so they'd have to delay the TP2 if they wanted to launch it with 6.5.

As hunterd said, it will ship with 6.1 at launch but will have a free upgrade to 6.5 available once Mic...
