SanDisk and Sony are collaborating on the next generation of Memory Stick products. The Memory Stick HG Micro is a format expanded from Memory Stick Micro (M2). This new format features an increased interface clock frequency, which enables 60Mbps data transfer speed. This is three times faster than current M2 cards. Capacities are also being boosted.
