I-Mate Going Private

Windows Mobile phone maker i-mate has decided to de-list itself from the London AIM stock exchange, where its shares are traded as a public company. Be de-listing, the company will save itself $2 million in fees per year. The company recently reported a loss, and laid off most of its U.S.-based staff earlier this year.
