Nokia Announces North American Version of the N96

Today Nokia announced that it will make a dual-band 850/1900 HSDPA version of the N96 specifically for the North American market. It will be available in the fourth quarter. Final pricing has not been determined.

What about AWS?

For the fellas at T-Mo.
Since this phone is unlocked and unsubsidized Nokia is gonna make it 3G capable for the biggest GSM market base in America, which is ATT, plus the canadian GSM providers use 850/1900 for 3G as well. Im sure we will see a Nseries Tmobile AWS phone even...
