Movida, a Spanish-language MVNO, has filed for bankruptcy and ceased operations. Movida claimed its network arrangement with Sprint was too costly.

I worked on a lot of these MVNOs
In most cases, they really weren't a very good idea. I think it was a case of poor salesmanship by the network owners. They showed the MVNOs this ****pit with a thousand toggle switches and settings and customizations and the MVNOs all pimped their rides to the max.

What do you think? I see those unlimited calling plans for only $35 taking a toll on them soon.
nope metro is not an mnvo...they run their network and are in metro areas hence the name...plus they have almost 4 millions customers and they launched los angeles, las vegas and i think they're launching boston, philly and washington too...they bough...
