ZTE Launches Two Tri-Band CDMA Phones

ZTE USA has introduced two new phones for the U.S. market. Both are tri-band CDMA with AWS, supporting the 800/1700/1900 frequencies. The C78 and C79 are, however, limited to CDMA 1xRTT wireless data speeds.
- C79: This is a flip phone that includes an MP3 music player, 1.3 megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth, and support for MicroSD removable memory cards.
- C78: This is a bar-style phone that carries a VGA camera and Bluetooth, and supports multimedia messaging, and Internet browsing.
