Mitsubishi Leaves Handset Business

Mitsubishi Electric has decided to halt making mobile phones and close its mobile phone business. It cited low demand as one reason. Mitsubishi's handset business, which supplied NTT DoCoMo in Japan, was not profitable.

i'm gonna miss all their innovations! 🙄
Haven't seen a Mitsubishi mobile phone since 2003, and the thing was a dinosaur even back then.
...
🤣

I had one back on '01 with some prepaid system that I can't even remember what it was, and used it for a month and didn't use it again lol.

Wow. I guess it is a good idea to end business with wireless devices.
