Court Denies Quick Resolution to Verizon's FCC Suit

The U.S. Court of Appeals struck down Verizon Wireless's request for a quick resolution to its lawsuit regarding the FCC 700 MHz auction. This set back means Verizon Wireless will have to wait through the lobbying process the same as all the other parties interested in the spectrum auction. The reasoning behind the decision was that the FCC expects more lawsuits to be filed and will address them all together rather than separately.

When is the auction?

since this is such big news these days when is the auction??
Jan 16th 2008.
what a bunch of whinny children VZW is...I mean seriously...they did the same thing when there were commercials and documents out that had the cons against then vs. other carriers...wah wah wah cry me a river, buid a bridge, and get over it.. 🙄
