Disney Mobile Lowers Prices For The Holidays

Disney Mobile is lowering the price of its phones and giving away a month of free service to attract holiday shoppers. Rebates now reduce the price of the L200 to $50 and the P100 is now free after rebates. In addition the MVNO will offer one month of service free to any subscriber who signs up for a 2 year contract before the new year. A teaser on the website indicates they will soon offer a Steamboat Willie version of the L200 dubbed the L210 to tempt true Disney fans into joining the service.
Microsoft Adds Disney Anywhere Content to Movies & TV
Microsoft today announced a new partnership with Disney that adds content from the Disney Movies Anywhere service to Microsoft's Movies & TV video service. Microsoft says users who connect their Microsoft Movies & TV account with a Disney Movies Anywhere account will automatically see content cross-populate their libraries.
Virgin Mobile USA Relaunches As An iPhone-Only Carrier
Virgin Mobile USA, which is owned and operated by Sprint, transformed itself today into new provider much more closely aligned with the Virgin brand. Significantly, Virgin Mobile USA is now an iPhone-only carrier, meaning Apple's iPhones are the only phones Virgin will sell moving forward.

T-Mobile today further sweetened the pie for former AT&T customers by offering a free year of Hulu. The offer is a consolation prize of sorts.
ESPN Pulls Content from YouTube
ESPN today said it has removed all its content from YouTube following the announcement of YouTube Red, a for-pay subscription service that allows ad-free viewing. ESPN's YouTube channel is now devoid of videos.
