Nokia E62 Coming to Cingular

Cingular today announced they will sell the Nokia E62 smartphone beginning September 29. The E62 is a slightly stripped down E61. it features the same QWERTY keyboard, S60 third edition operating system, mail clients and Bluetooth, however it lacks the UMTS and Wi-Fi of its European cousin. Cingular will sell the E62 for $150 with a 2 year contract.
AT&T Resurrects the 'Cingular' Brand for Flip Phone
AT&T recently added the Cingular Flip to its lineup of inexpensive feature phones. The phone is made by TeleEpoch and bears the model number M3620, but AT&T named it the Cingular Flip to give it some visibility.

Canonical today said consumers interested in its Ubuntu smartphone operating system will finally be able to buy a handset with Ubuntu on board. The Aquaris E4.5 Ubuntu Edition will be sold across Europe by BQ in a series of flash sales over the coming weeks.

j/k the 9300 is cool - i just wish Nokia would get their act together and give cingular some 3G s60 devices, or any new dev...
So the fact that the E62 is replacing makes me happy cause that phone is swe...
