Sprint today announced a new promotion that will give customers unlimited talk, text, and data on up to five lines for $90 per month total. The promo has a handful of requirements and a big limitation. First, the deal is only available to new customers and they must enroll in AutoPay. The first line costs $50 for unlimited everything. The second line costs $40, and lines three through five are free, leaving the total monthly cost for up to five lines at $90 (plus taxes and fees). This rate, however, is only good through March 31, 2018. After that date, subscribers to this promotion will see the first line jump to $60 per month, the second line stays at $40, and lines three through five increase to $30 each. All five lines will be subject to data deprioritization when the network is congested. Moreover, streamed video, music, and games bit rates are capped. Sprint said this promotion will only be available for a limited time.

Nothing But "GOTCHA"

With Sprint, there is always a great sounding price - till you read the "GOTCHA" print that says, the price is an introductory rate. Who are they? Comcast? I mean, offer 5 lines, get customers to sign up, and then charge them double in just a year?

You want customers? You gotta keep them? Doubling my price in a year only causes me to leave, and I'm sure millions will do the same.
If I had 5 Sprint phones just sitting around I would consider taking something like this. Since I have to buy equipment and pay activation fees, it just doesn't work.
By 2018, they'll probably have something else that's better. Since I signed with Sprint in 2003, my monthly bill has only gone down while the services I get have gotten better. In the process, I was able to get rid of my old landline phone about five ...

I noticed that also, right now paying $165 after taxes for 5 lines, After a year on sprint, the price with taxes would be around $215, no thanks.
