T-Mobile Will Pay You To Use Less Data
T-Mobile today announced KickBack, an automatic bill credit of $10 per line per month for lines that use 2 GB of data or less in that month. Starting January 22nd, customers of the company's Simple Choice and T-Mobile One plans can opt in to KickBack via the T-Mobile app, or via customer service. After January 22nd, new sign-ups for the T-Mobile One plan will automatically be opted in to KickBack.
T-Mobile to Give Away Free Line of Service
T-Mobile today said most customers who have a service plan with two or more lines can snag another line for free. T-Mobile says this free line can be used for a phone, tablet, watch, or mobile hotspot.
AT&T Drops Unlimited Plan to $80 Per Month
AT&T has adjusted the pricing of its unlimited service and also debuted a number of discounts and deals on its television services. To start, AT&T's Unlimited Plus Enhanced plan has dropped from $90 per month for the first line to $80 per month.
T-Mobile Offering Free Phone to New Prepaid Customers
T-Mobile will give a free phone to new customers who sign up for one of its prepaid services. The free phone deal kicks off February 3 and includes the Coolpad Rogue, ZTE Obsidian, LG Leon, and Samsung Core Prime.
AT&T Changes Unlimited Plan After Just Two Weeks
AT&T today responded to consumer feedback concerning its new unlimited plan by overhauling the offer. The new AT&T Unlimited Plus plan for a single line provides unlimited talk, text, and data, and 10 GB of tethering for $90 per month.
