Google Photos Picks Up New Slideshow Feature
Google today made it easier to view photo albums online and on Android handsets with a new slideshow tool. Photos users need only open an album, click a picture, and select "slideshow" from the dropdown menu to initiate a slideshow of all the photos in that particular album. Slideshows will playback automatically in the browser or on Android devices. Further, users can cast slideshows from a PC or Android phone to a nearby TV. Google Photos for Android is free to download from the Google Play Store.

Facebook is prepared to ease the process of creating compelling video posts with your pictures. The company today said it plans to relocate the Slideshow feature built into its Moments app and drop it into the main Facebook app for iOS.
