Dropbox has integrated its own service into Facebook's Messenger app, allowing people to share files from Dropbox to friends and family through Messenger. The integration requires senders to have both the Dropbox and Messenger apps installed on their phone. Dropbox says shared images, videos, and GIFs will appear directly in message threads. Recipients will need to click a link to Dropbox's mobile site to access other types of files. Dropbox is available within Facebook for both Android and iOS.
