LG today announced two more low-cost Android smartphones, filling in several open spots in its K range of devices. The K8 has a stylish design thanks to the use of curved glass edges and woven back panel and the K5 features a slim, metallic body.

The K8 will initially be made available to consumers in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America, while the K5 will target customers in Europe and Latin America. LG did not say if versions of the K8 and K5 will be made available in the U.S. The LG K7 is being sold in the U.S. by T-Mobile and Boost Mobile (as the Tribute 5).
